Beating Burnout
Kaiyros, Expressive Technology Coalition and SMC’s Associated Students invite you to a live virtual event incorporating both hands-on experiences and informative discussions about how to recognize and combat burnout/emotional fatigue through a mastery of self-care and better boundaries. The intention is to bring awareness to the physical, mental, and behavioral signs of burnout, and teach tools to better take care of our bodies and minds by “catching” the signs of burnout BEFORE it overwhelms us. The intention is to create an energized yet calm state of mind and body. The event is designed for beginner to intermediate levels, but all people who are interested are welcome!
