- Fill out Informed Consent Form and Place in Folder
- Walk to and Go inside the Exhibit Room
- Take shoes off
- Carefully take headphones off the charger.
- Take new pillow cover
- Press play on tablet if audio is paused.
- Crawl inside womb apparatus, lay head on pillow, look up
- Put on the headphones
- Once audio finishes, take the pillow cover, headphones, and crawl out
- Tidy up the blanket
- Throw away pillow cover and plug headphone into charger
- Go inside Integration Room
- Scan QR code to watch and engage in breathwork video as you scribble, write, or draw to help you process. Stay as long as you need.
- Once finished, Go inside Post Room
- Scan QR code to watch the video
- Fill out questionnaire and place in folder once finished
- Write down first name and email to be added to Kaiyros newsletter
